NOTE: The following terms and end user license agreement is a legal binding between you and Tsutseh, Tsutseh develop and own by Yormen Service Limited. When these Terms mention “Tsutseh,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to the Yormen Service Company you are contracting with. Any service from us including our sub-domains thereof, and any other websites through which we make our services available (collectively, "Site") By agreeing to these terms, you are contracting with Yormen Services Limited. DISCLAIMER

We provide a website platform that allows building property owners and property seekers (prospects) to interact with each other. We shall not be held liable to any or all users decisions over price. Every Property uploaded is verified by us to make sure the property meets some standard of living, for example, accessibility to water, electricity and so on. A property is marked as verified after all details are clarified, for example spelling mistakes, image quality just to mention a few. Verified property cannot be edited, this is to prevent fraud. For example, after a property has been verified, the property is assumed to be what it says it is during the verification process as it is online. We shall at almost all point in time come to the property to verify the authenticity of your information about the property. A user who uses any of our services to operate a fraudulent activity will be dealt with in accordance with the law. Every property displayed to users must display a verified icon. Users shall not hold us liable for any action upon transacting a business with a property that has not been verified as stated above.

TERMINATION

Your license shall be suspended or canceled from any and all of our services if you do not meet with our terms. You can also de-activate your account if you do not want to or cannot comply with our terms now or in the future.

REGISTRATION & SEARCH

You do not need to register as a user in order to search and view properties or make use of some sections of the services provided, but you may not be able to access all of the features provided unless you sign up with us and complete your profile. If you use the system and still have not yet signed up and or completed your profile with us, your use of our platform will still be subject to these Terms. You will need to complete your profile in order to post any property on the Platform. To sign up, you’ll need to provide a valid email address and a password, which you will be required for authentication each time you want to login to make use of any of our services. You may also be required to submit some additional personal information about yourself, organization or business base on your sign up profile as part of the registration process. You agree that all registration information you submit will be truthful and accurate and you will maintain the accuracy of this information.

CHARGES

We intend to provide a free and yet secure platform that make the lives of individual simply and flexible, we do NOT CHARGE any USER for the use of our platform. Any user paying for the use of one or more of our services should know they are in business with the wrong entity. If found using our service for any fraudulent activity, you shall be dealt with by our own discretion

REQUIREMENT AND ELIGIBILITY

In other to benefit our flexible service, you must meet these eligibilities and requirements

  • For an individual to access the platform or use any service provided, that individual must be 18 years old or duly organized, valid existing business, organization or other legal entity in good standing under the laws of the country you are established and able to enter into legally binding contracts.
  • User must hold a form of identification which shall be used to verify the individual.
  • Organization must provide a business Identification which shall be used to verify their business.
  • Every user must have an email and a contact number. This shall be used as the mode of communication.

    • SECURITY

    Any user who violates or tries to cause damage, intentional or not shall be dealt with by our own discretion.

  • Automated queries (including screen and database scraping, spiders, robots, crawlers and any other automated activity with the purpose of obtaining information from the Services) are strictly prohibited, unless you have received express written permission from us. As a limited exception, publicly available search engines and similar Internet navigation tools ("Search Engines") may query the Services and provide an index with links to the Services' Web pages, only to the extent such unlicensed "fair use" is allowed by applicable copyright law. Search Engines are not permitted to query or search information protected by a security verification system which limits access to human users.
  • Some of our Services implement Mapbox and Google web mapping service, your use of the Maps is subject to MapBox’s and Google Maps terms of use, located at https://www.mapbox.com/legal/tos/ and https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/terms/
  • Some of our service may provide phone numbers that can connect you with us, its service providers, or other third parties, such as property managers and home owners only.
